The Amulet of Sìochàin: Collage
This was my first attempt at a collage, and I learned a few lessons on the way. First, don't use blu-tack to secure the collage directly to the wall/whiteboard etc if you have any intention of keeping it later. Removing it was not fun, and it has now been transferred to paper with a combination of blu-tack and glue. Messy. Second, for me at least, the main use of the collage was actually during its creation - fitting together the different images allowed my mind to make new connections I probably wouldn't have thought of otherwise. However, I'm looking forward to returning to this story for edits and seeing what effect restoring the collage to pride of place has on me.

Thanks Anna! I find it really helpful for getting to grips with my worlds - I do them as part of my plotting/planning process and usually find that some things start slotting together in exciting ways I didn't expect. :)
